Hello, I am Simon, the founder and co-director of Optimize Hydration. Optimize was born from my realization that not all electrolyte products are created equally. I was taking low-dose, high-sugar electrolytes and fell into the colorful branding trap that so many do! Our mission at Optimize is to bring to the market our range of electrolytes and nootropics, which only contain the best quality ingredients and the dosages that your body actually needs.

Hi, I'm Dean,
When my friend of 30+ years told me about his vision for a better electrolyte drink, I knew I wanted in. What started as his solo idea quickly became a partnership with Levi and me — three mates building something we’re genuinely proud of.
I jumped on board because the potential felt huge, working with old friends sounded like fun, and I loved the idea of a proper British company supporting the UK economy while delivering seriously high-quality hydration at a fair price. No fancy marketing spin — just clean, effective electrolytes that people can actually trust in their bodies.
We’re keeping things real: growing organically, reinvesting every penny , and staying true to our roots. Our plan is simple — keep improving the range with new flavours, launch our Nootropics line, juniors range, and eventually take the same standards to customers around the world.
Above all, we’re building a business that actually cares: about what you put in your body, about quality, and about the country we call home.

I’ve always taken pride in my health and come from a strong sporting background, having played football at academy level. That passion has continued into my life today, especially with my own boys now playing academy football.
Like many parents, I found myself giving my son standard sports drinks, but I started to question whether they were really the best option for his health and performance.
That’s where the idea first started — to create a high-quality electrolyte specifically for kids.
However, I knew the best way to do that properly was to first build a premium, trusted electrolyte product that sets the standard in the market.
With close connections to one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, we were able to bring that vision to life.
Optimize Hydration was created with a clear mission — to deliver one of the best electrolyte products available, built on quality, performance, and trust.
This is just the beginning, with plans to expand into a dedicated kids’ range in the future — something I’m personally passionate about as both a parent and someone who understands the demands of young athletes.

I’m Keely, founder of Glow Up Socials. After 10 years in corporate finance world, I realised I was done chasing titles, and knew there HAD to be more to life than going into an office everyday and sitting on teams calls. What started as a Virtual Assistant side hustle quickly grew into a full social media management agency, which allowed me to finally quit my 9-5 and build out my dream. I now work with so many incredible businesses to transform their social presence into something they’re proud of and gets them results - using the perfect blend of creativity and strategy.
